Return Policy

Returns from outside Germany
Unfortunately, you have to bear the costs. Purchase return label online via DHL and send the package.
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting the return, the refund will be processed within 7 working days to the original payment method.
Exchanges
Unfortunately, no direct exchanges. Please place a new order and return the unsuitable item. The purchase price will be refunded after inspection.
