Returns
Return Policy
- Deadline: 14 days from receipt of goods.
- Condition: Only in original condition, unworn, unwashed, with tags.
- Packaging: Please return in original packaging.
Returns within Germany
- Create return label via our DHL return portal.
- Important: Return shipping fee of 6.95 EUR will be deducted from your refund.
- Enter information and receive label via email.
- Print label or use QR code.
- Drop off the package at a DHL location.
Returns from outside Germany
Unfortunately, you have to bear the full costs. Purchase return label online via DHL and send the package.
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting the return, the refund will usually be processed within 7 working days to the original payment method.
Exchanges
Unfortunately, no direct exchanges. Please place a new order and return the unsuitable item. The purchase price will be refunded after inspection.
