Returns
We strive to make the return process as simple and hassle-free as possible for our customers. Below, you will find all the necessary information you might need.
Return Policy
- Return Period: Returns must be made within 14 days of receiving the items.
- Condition of Goods: Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the items show signs of wear or damage. - Packaging: Please reuse the original product packaging for your return, if possible.
Free Returns within Germany
For customers in Germany, we offer free returns via our logistics provider DHL.
Follow these steps to return your items:
- Create Return Label: Click the button below or scan the QR code to go to our DHL return portal.
- Enter your Information: Fill out the required fields to receive your return label via email.
- Print Label: You will receive a PDF file for immediate printing.
Additionally, you will be shown a QR code for mobile returns with the option to save the label in your Apple Wallet. - Send Package: Attach the return label to your package and drop it off at a DHL location.
Returns from outside Germany
For customers outside of Germany, return shipping costs must be covered by the customer.
You can purchase the return label online through DHL:
- Purchase Return Label: Click the button below to go to the DHL online postage page.
- Enter your Information: Fill out the required fields to purchase your return label.
- Send Package: Attach the return label to your package and drop it off at a DHL location.
In the case of a valid complaint, we will of course refund the shipping costs.
Refunds
Once we have received your returned items, we will inspect them to ensure they meet our return conditions.
If everything is in order, we will process your refund within 7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Exchanges
We kindly ask for your understanding that we do not offer direct exchanges. If an item does not fit, please place a new order in our online shop for the desired item. You can return the non-fitting item to us free of charge within Germany. After inspecting the return, we will refund the purchase price to the original payment method.
