The Mr. Snail seat pouf by Lorena Canals is crafted from cotton canvas in a vintage blue shade, featuring its 'house' in natural canvas with a soft tufted shell pattern. Its body is filled with soft polyfill, while the shell contains polystyrene pearls mixed with fibers from recycled PET bottles, making it a perfect seat for your little ones. With hand-braided cotton antennas and a zipper to remove the inner filling before washing, it combines practicality with style.
This unique artisan piece is sustainably handcrafted in Lorena Canals' own factory. It uses natural fibers and upcycled materials dyed with non-toxic dyes. The entire production process is designed to minimize waste and ensure long-lasting designs that are gentle on the planet and people.

How to measure correctly
- Body Height: Measure your child without shoes, from the top of the head to the soles of the feet.
- Chest Girth: Wrap the measuring tape horizontally around the chest.
- Waist Girth: Place the tape measure above the hip bone and wrap it around the waist.
- Hip Girth: Measure the circumference at the widest part of the hips.

Returns
Return Policy
- Deadline: 14 days from receipt of goods.
- Condition: Only in original condition, unworn, unwashed, with tags.
- Packaging: Please return in original packaging.
Returns within Germany
- Create return label via our DHL return portal.
- Important: Return shipping costs of 6.95 EUR will be deducted from your refund.
- Enter information and receive label via email.
- Print label or use QR code.
- Drop off the package at a DHL location.
Returns from outside Germany
Unfortunately, you have to bear the full costs. Purchase return label online via DHL and send the package.
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting the return, the refund will be processed within 7 working days to the original payment method.
Exchanges
Unfortunately, no direct exchanges. Please place a new order and return the unsuitable item. The purchase price will be refunded after inspection.
