Our gift cards are available in various denominations: 25, 50, 75, 100, 150 und 200 EUR.
Simply select your preferred amount – the card will be sent as a premium physical card by mail.
SHIPPING & RETURNS
Delivery
Our shipments are eco-friendly with DHL GoGreen.
Items with different delivery times are shipped together, based on the longest delivery time. Usually we do not make partial deliveries.
If an item is unavailable, we will notify you immediately via email and refund your payment.

- Germany: Free shipping.
- European Union: 7.95 EUR. Free shipping from 100 EUR.
- Europe (Non-EU): 9.95 EUR. Free shipping from 150 EUR. Additional customs, taxes, and fees may apply.
- North America (USA & Canada): 9.95 EUR. Free shipping from 150 EUR. Additional customs, taxes, and fees may apply.
- International: 14.95 EUR. Free shipping from 200 EUR. Additional customs, taxes, and fees may apply. Delivery only to selected countries.
Returns
Return Policy
- Deadline: 14 days from receipt of goods.
- Condition: Only in original condition, unworn, unwashed, with tags.
- Packaging: Please return in original packaging.
Returns within Germany
- Create return label via our DHL return portal.
- Important: Return shipping costs of 5.95 EUR will be deducted from your refund.
- Enter information and receive label via email.
- Print label or use QR code.
- Drop off the package at a DHL location.
Returns from outside Germany
Unfortunately, you have to bear the full costs. Purchase return label online via DHL and send the package.
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting the return, the refund will be processed within 7 working days to the original payment method.
Exchanges
Unfortunately, no direct exchanges. Please place a new order and return the unsuitable item. The purchase price will be refunded after inspection.
